1. In a pan add few spoons of oil.
2. When oil gets hot add mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
3.Add green chilli, red chilli powder, termeric powder and salt.
4.Add tomato and cook for few minutes.
5. Add 1 sup of semolina and cook for a minute.
6. Add water and make it super super thick.
7. In a bowl and the mixture and add boiled potato.
8. Shape them into bullets. 
9. Deep fry them in a very hot oil. And it's done
