Learn how to make restaurant style Mix veg

Hello guys this is LV from LV Cooking today I'll tell you how you can make delicious Mix veg in just a few minutes.

1. In a pan add a few spoons of oil.
2. Add 1 spoon of cumin seeds.
3. Add onions and cook for a minute.
4. Add ginger, garlic, and green chili.
5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, salt, and red chili powder.
6. Add tomato and cook until mushy.
7. Allow the mixture to cool down then grind it.

1. In a pan add beans, carrot, potato and boiled cauliflower.
2. Cook until soft. In my case it took 12 minutes.
3. Again in the pan add few spoon of oil.
4. Add onion and capcium.
5. Add the grinded mixture.
6. Cook for a minute.
7. Add cotted cream.
8. Add sauted vegetables and it's done.
