Recipe of Gajar ka Halwa:



  1.  In a big Kadai add 2 liters of milk.
  2. Add 2 Kg of grated carrots.
  3. Cook until both the Carrot and milk combine with each other. Which might take up to 4 hours.
  4. After 4 hours Add malai.
  5. Add mawa or khoya.
  6. Add 2 cup of sugar and it's done.
