Try these healthy pancake recipe
Hello guys this is LV from LV Cooking today I'll tell you how you can make delicious pancakes in just 30 minutes. So let's make it!
Learn how to make pancakes step-by-step:
1. Add 1/2 cup of milk. Please do not use hot milk if you use then milk will burst. By the way, when I had made it for the first time I used hot milk which had changed its flavour of it.
2. Add 1/4 spoon of white vinegar. We have added vinegar so that baking soda can react you want you can any other acid you want.
3. Add 1/2 spoon of melted butter for extra flavour.
4. Add 1/2 cup of oats flour. If you don't have oats flour don't worry neither I do. To make oats flour just grind the oats and you get the flour.
5. Add 1/2 spoon of baking powder and 3/4 spoon of baking soda.
6. Mix and remove the lumps. NOTE - If you mix it too much your pancake will never be soft and fluffy.
7. Add 2 spoons of sugar.
8. Adjust the consistency by adding milk. But remember we need a thick flowing batter. But we have to let it rest for 5 minutes and oats soak the milk and butter will be super thick.
Let it rest for 5 minutes. If you don't they will be very tight!!
9. Heat up a pan. When it gets hot add butter and wipe it out ( it is optional if you have a nice non-stick pan ).
10. Add a thick batter to the pan. And when the batter touches the pan turn the flame to low and let it cook till you see bubbles and the bubbles pop and the top part dries. ( If you keep the flame low you will get the best colour ).
11. Flip it over and let the other side cook for less than a minute.
12. Serve it with butter on top and maple syrup everywhere.
