Now let's jump to the video of this recipe:



1. In a bowl add 1 cup of buck bick flour. Add a little water at
a time and make a soft dough of it. Remember that buck bick
flour can get wet easily.

2. On a dusted surface add the dough and roll as thin as you can.
If it sticks to the surface just sprinkle a little bit of flour.

3. When you can't role it thinner just fold it and put on a cutting
board and cut it as thin as possible and just open the noodles

4. In a pan add 1 spoon of oil.

5. Add mushroom, garlic and ginger and saute them for a minute
or so

6. Add onion and saute till translusent.

7. Add 1 spoon of salt.

8. Add bite-size tomatoes.

9. Add 2 spoons of hot sauce

10. Add 1/2 spoon of water and add tofu or paneer and allow the water
to boil.

11. Now in a kettle add 3 cups of water and when it starts to boil.

12. Add the buck bick noodles and boil for 5 minutes.

13. strain the water and add the noodles to a bowl.

14. Add the broth on top of the noodles and sprinkle sesame seeds
and coriander leaves.
