  1.  Take 3 mangoes and cut them from the top.
  2. Make some space between the seed and take it out without breaking the shell.
  3. In a glass add the mango and cover them and freeze them for 30 minutes.
  4. In a pan add 1/2 liters of milk and wait until you see a boil.
  5. When you see the boil add 1 cup of malai or cream and cook for 5 minutes
  6. After 5 minutes add the sugar and again cook for 2 minutes
  7. When the milk starts getting a little thick turn off the gas and allows it to cool.
  8. After 30 minutes take out the mangoes
  9. And add the milk to the mangoes
  10. After filling the mangoes allow them to freeze for one day
  11. After one day peel the mango with a pillar and remove all the skin
