- Take 3 mangoes and cut them from the top.
- Make some space between the seed and take it out without breaking the shell.
- In a glass add the mango and cover them and freeze them for 30 minutes.
- In a pan add 1/2 liters of milk and wait until you see a boil.
- When you see the boil add 1 cup of malai or cream and cook for 5 minutes
- After 5 minutes add the sugar and again cook for 2 minutes
- When the milk starts getting a little thick turn off the gas and allows it to cool.
