Learn how to make delicious Paneer tikka masala

Hello guys this is LV from LV Cooking today I will tell you how you can make delicious paneer tikka masala In just 1 hour. This recipe is one of my best or you can even say that this is my signature dish and I am really happy and excited to share it with you. So, Let's make it shall we

paneer tikka masala video recipe:







1. In a pan add 2 spoons of mustard oil. If you don't have mustard oil then you can use peanut oil but still, I highly recommend you to use mustard oil.

2. When you see the smoke coming out of the oil then turn off the gas and add 2 spoons of gram flour ( basan ). Cook gram flour until it gets brown.

3. In gram flour add 1 spoon of red chili powder.

                                  Allow the marinate to cool

4. Add 3/4 spoon of cumin powder.

5. 1 spoon of gram flour.

6. 1 spoon of chat masala.

7. 1 spoon of black pepper powder.

8. 1 spoon of salt and 2 spoons of lemon juice.

9. Add 4 spoons of thick curd.

10. Add a few shelled onions and cubed capsicum.

11. add paneer cubes and mix them with your hands so that cubes didn't break.

12. Add dry fenugreek and let paneer marinate for 10 minutes.

13. After 10 minutes place a small bowl in between the marinate and put hot coal and add oil and cover and let it sit there for 2 minutes.

14. After 2 minutes pan fry the paneer cubes.

15. In a pan add 2 spoons of oil.

16. Add 2 finely diced onions and cook until they get brown. Add a little salt to cook it a little faster.

17. Add ginger garlic paste when the onion gets a little transparent.

18. Add tomato and cook with a lid on it until it turns mushy.

19. When they get mushy take them out and make a smooth paste of them.

20. Again in a pan add 3 spoons of oil.

21. add cumin seeds and bay leaf and add the grinded onion and tomato. Cook until the oil starts to separate.

22. Add 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of red chilli powder, 1 spoon of coriander powder and 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder.

23. Add the remaining marinade.

24. Add the paneer tikka and mix them with a little bit of water.

25. If you want add a little bit of sugar.

26. Finish it with fresh coriander leaves.
