Delicious and soya chunks salad

Hello guys this is LV from LV Cooking today I'll tell you how you can make a delicious Soya chunks recipe in just a few minutes.


Soya chunks salad is one of my best and personal favourite recipes because it is healthy, delicious and quite easy to make, if you love a healthy recipe also try my lentils salad and healthy oats pancake. 

 

So without wasting any time let's start the recipe 

To make this recipe first you have to boil the soya chunks for 4-5 minutes or until it is completely cooked. drain them and take out the water from them. 

In a bowl add whisked curd and add 1/2 spoon of oregano and 1/2 spoon of cumin powder 1 spoon of chat masala or you can also add dry mango, 1/2 spoon of salt and 1/2 spoon of black pepper powder. Put the marinate in a refrigerator and let it sit for 1/2 hours 

In a pan add 1 spoon of oil and add onion and saute until translucent. Add green chilli for extra heat, add bell peppers and just give it a mix because here we want crunchy and juicy bell pepper. Add 1 spoon of salt, 1/2 spoon of black pepper and 1/4 spoon of red chilli powder. Add 1 tomato and saute it for a minute. Add 1 spoon of fresh cream. Add the marinated soya chunks. Mix it and survey it hot. 

Ready to eat
