Delicious cozy soup for winter

 Hello, guys, this is LV from LV Cooking today I am sharing with you one of the best soups I have ever made. It is cozy, healthy, delicious, and perfect for winters. So without wasting any time let's jump straight to the recipe.





This is the best recipe for dinner and guess what you can eat this soup with rice, use as a broth for ramen or if you like you can eat this without anything.

  1. In a pan add 1 spoon of oil.
  2. Add a few chopped garlic cloves.
  3. Add few coriander leaves and cook for 30 seconds.
  4. Add spring onions and capsicum and again saute for a few minutes.
  5. Add 750 ml of vegetable stock or water.
  6. Add cabbage.
  7. Add salt, red chili powder, and black pepper.
  8. Add 2 spoons of soya sauce.
  9. Add corn starch slurry and let it simmer for 15 minutes.
  10. After 15 minutes it's ready to serve.
