Hello guys this is LV from one and only LV Cooking today I am sharing you one of my healthiest yet amazing recipe and if you are vegetarian then this is this recipe is perfect for you. So without wasting any time lets jump straight to the recipe.
If you are vegetarian and you usually think that hows chicken taste like. In this recipe I will show you how you can easily make a vegetarian chicken wings and to make this we are using semolina flour which is very good for our health. In this recipe I have used a bunch of a spices which are not available throughout the world. So guess what I will also tell you how you can substitute them.

How to make it:
1. In a mixing bowl add 1 cup of semolina.
2. Add 1/2 spoon of salt.
3. 1 spoon of smoke paprika.
4. 1/2 spoon of peri peri powder.
5. 1 spoon of chat masala. If you don't have chat masala then you can use 3/4 spoon of dry mango.
6. 1/2 spoon of black pepper powder.
7. 1/2 spoon of cumin powder. If you don't have cumin powder then just roast them and grind them.
8. Add 1/4 cup of buttermilk and mix them.
9. Shape the mixture in form of chicken wings.
10. In a pan add few spoons of oil.
11. Add chicken wing on the pan and and let cook until they get super crispy.
12. Once they get crispy serve them with hot sauce and mayo.
