How to make delicious Paneer tikka masala
Paneer Tikka masala
Paneer tikka masala is one of the favourite dishes I ever had in my entire life. If you are an Indian I hope you already know how amazing this dish is. So without wasting time let's see what is Paneer is.
How to make it!!!
1. In a pan add mustard oil. If you don't have mustard oil don't skip the recipe you may use any other oil but still, I highly recommend you To use it.
2. Heat the oil till you see smoke coming out of it. Turn off the gas.
3. Add 2 Spoon of gram flour (basan) to the hot oil. Cook it till it gets brown.
4. When basan gets brown add 1 spoon of red chilli powder and mixes it.
Allow the mixture to cool
5. To make the marinate add 3/4 spoon of cumin powder, 1 spoon gram masala, 1 spoon of chat masala, 1 spoon of black pepper, 1 spoon of salt and 1/2 small lemon.
6. Add 4 spoons of thick curd. If you have watery curd just hang it on a cloth for a few hours and that's it. Mix the marinate well
7. Add onion and capsicum and if you need water to mix them just add a little water at a time because we want to coat everything in the marinate.
8. add paneer cubes and mix them with your hands. Do not use a spoon your paneer cubes will break.
9. Add dry fenugreek in the marinade and let it rest for a few minutes and absorb the flavour.
10. In a pan add a few spoons of oil and as it gets hot add onion and cook until they get brown.
11. Add tomato and cook until they get mushy. To increase the cooking time you may cover it with led.
12. When they get mushy take them and grind them.
13. Now heat the charcoal and place small boul between the marinate and add oil or ghee and cover and smoke for least 1 minute.
14. Heat up a pan and grill the paneer cubes. And take them out
15. Again in a pan add 3 spoons of oil As it gets hot add cumin seeds and bay leaf.
16. Add the pury of grinded tomato and onion and cook until they separate oil
17. When it starts realizing the oil add 1 spoon of red chilli powder, 1 spoon of red chilli powder, 1 spoon of coriander powder and 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder.
18. Add the remaining marinade
19. Add the paneer tikka and mix with a little water
20. If you like you can also add sugar.
21. 1 spoon of chat masala
22. End it with some fresh coriander leaves
