Best pani puri recipe
Hello guys this is LV from LV Cooking today I am sharing you possibly India's most famous fast food PANI PURI. If you are an Indian, I am 100% sure that you know how delicious pani puri is. So without wasting any time let's jump straight to the recipe.
So there is nothing to say about pani puri because when a person eats pani puri the unique and mind-blowing and fabulous texture is enough to make the person fall in love with the take pani pury.

First, make Pani
- Take mint and coriander leaves and make a paste of them.
- Add the past in 5 cups of water.
- Add 5 lemon juice.
- 1 spoon of cumin powder.
- 1 spoon of black pepper powder
- spoon of salt.
- 1/2 spoon of asafoetida.
- 1 spoon of pani puri masala.
- mix it and cover it for 2 hours.
Puri time
- 1 a big plate take 1 cup of wheat flour and 1 cup of semolina flour and make a dough.
- When the dough is ready add a little oil and let it rest for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes take a small piece of dough and roll it with a rolling pin. NOTE- roll it only from 1 side otherwise puri will not rise.
- After rolling it cut it into small pieces with any circle you have.
- Take them out and let them rest for a few minutes on a dry cloth.
- Add them to the hot oil, but turn the flame low and let them cook as soon they touch the oil.
- Once they are crispy take them out.
Let's make masala
- In a mixing bowl add boiled potatoes add mash them with a potato masher.
- Add salt, red chili powder, and black pepper powder.
- Add onion and green chili.
- Mix them and it's ready.
Ready to serve
