  • In a mixing bowl add 1 1/2 cup of semolina
  • Add 1/2 spoon of salt
  • Add a little water at a time and make a dough out of it.
  • When the dough is ready put it on a board or a big plate on which you are comfortable 
  • Keep kneading the dough for 15 minutes and keep splashing water because semolina will absorb all the moisture and your.
  • After 15 minutes your dough should be super soft if not then keep kneading until it gets and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes divide it into 2 portions
  • roll the dough 3 mm thick and if it sticks just sprinkle it with more flour.
  • When it gets 3 mm thick then just add flour and fold it just like in the video.
  • After folding it just cut it into small strips.
  • Dust more flour and open up the strips
  • To cook them -
  • Add them in boiling water and let them simmer for 4 minutes.
