Homemade Ginger-garlic soup

1. In a pan add 1 spoon of oil.
2. Add a few cloves of garlic.
3. Add some fennels, leek, carrot, and sweet potato and saute them for a minute.
4. Add salt as per taste and add 1/2 spoon of turmeric powder.
5. Add 2 cups of vegetable broth and let it simmer for a few minutes.
6. As carrot gets soft let the mixture cool down and blend it until it gets smooth.
7. After blending add some noodles.
8. Add 1/2 spoon of lemon and juice and its ready to eat.
